The appraiser of privatized objects determined
Baku/11.09.17/Turan: The State Committee for Property (SCP) Issues elected Property LLC as a consultant on the valuation of state lands on market principles. The same company will give consultations to specialists of the department on determining the amount of the authorized capital of enterprises subject to privatization through their transformation into joint-stock companies.
SCP does not specify which specific land plots and enterprises are involved. It is known only that the appraisal company "Property" will receive 34,300 manats for its services.
In June of this year, the committee announced a tender (https://goo.gl/3JZ3BK) for the provision of property valuation services in Baku and 55 cities and regions of the country. This is a large-scale preparation for privatization. While the results of this tender are not reported.
This year, the State Committee for Property purchased property valuation services for the Surakhani machine-building plant (OOO El-Ex - 14,200 manats), the Baku Machine Workers (Property LLC - 14,000 manats), the Baku Oil Machine Building Plant ("Emlak Ekspert Merkezi" LLC - 14 thousand manat), vehicles ("Emlak Ekspert Merkezi" LLC - 7,5 thousand manats).
In 1996-2016, the State Property Inspectorate privatized about 50,000 state facilities and shares of state enterprises through their transformation into joint-stock companies and state shares in joint ventures. In the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic since the beginning of 2000, denationalization by the local government, although this contradicts the law "On the privatization of state property." The local government does not report on the course of privatization in Nakhchivan. 08B
