
The construction of an administrative building for the Commission on the Public Service
The Commission on the Public Service (KPS) under the President of AR starts new building , which will cost the state budget 11,294,254 manats. Currently, the unit is located in the adapted premises of the guesthouse of the Azerbaijan Teachers Institute .
" Since October 2006, the commission composed of 30 employees has worked on the ground floor of a nine- building on the street Koroglu Rahimov on a total area of ??500 m2. For organizing events, examinations and interviews, admission to public service, programs and training of civil servants we have to lease various premises. For example, examinations are held in the halls of the State University of Economics , University of Teachers and University Avrasiya, the Chief of Staff of KPS Vilayat Huseynov told Turan.
For the construction of a new administrative building on the orders of the Executive Power of Baku allocated land area of 25 acres at the intersection of Suleyman Sani Akhundov and Ahmed Radjabli ( near the metro station Darnagul). In the six-storey building , the administrative area will be 6,900 m2, and they will have all the features and amenities for normal operation: an examination room , a training center , a library, and a reception room . The building will be ready for use in a year and a half .
For all construction , design and budgeting , etc. works the contracts exist with the company Bakinshaat Group. This company was established in 2004 . Nothing has been reported on other construction work by this company.
In 2012-2013 KPS concluded several contracts by tender for purchase of computer equipment and software, totaling approximately 750 thousand manats. 08B
