The draft law "On the state information systems and information resources" is seen in the government

Ministry of Communications and High Technologies of Azerbaijan has prepared a draft law "On the state information systems and information resources."

As the ministry said, the basis of a document prepared in conjunction with the State Agency for the provision of services to citizens and social innovation ASAN Khidmet. The bill passed the procedure of inter-department coordination with relevant government agencies and submitted to the Government for consideration.

According to the ministry, the draft law "On the state information systems and information resources" includes the basic principles of government information systems and resources, management and security, as well as their integration and elimination. In addition, the paper addresses the issues related to the rights and duties of subjects to information systems and resources, the regulation of relations between them and other matters.

The development of this bill implemented within the presidential decree of February 5, 2013 "On Approval of the portal" e-Government "and measures to improve electronic services." --17D-
