To work in ASAN attracted about one thousand volunteers
BAKU/20.12.13/TURAN : Service centers ASAN involve approximately one thousand volunteers, it was noted at the I Congress of youth organizations for volunteer public service to provide services to citizens and social innovation under the Azerbaijani President, which opened today .
According to the head of department on work with law enforcement agencies of the Presidential Administration Fuad Aleskerov , ASAN is a new page in relations between civil servants and citizens of Azerbaijan. According to statistics, from January 15 to December 18 this year centers ASAN were addressed by more than 880 thousand people, which means the demand for this service.
In Baku there are three centers ASAN and in the second quarter of 2014 there is to open another metropolitan center. On May 15, there will appear a center in the city of Sumgait, where services are provided not only to residents of Sumgayit , but also to those of Absheron , Khizi , Siyazan and Shabran. Tomorrow, December 21, it is planned to open a center in Ganja , and the next year - in 5 regions of Azerbaijan. The population of the districts where there is no such service , will be able to contact the mobile centers ASAN, which already provide services in 37 regions of the country . According to Aleskerov, as the number of centers is growing, the number of volunteers will also grow.
Recall the first center ASAN, according to the Decree of the President, began services on January 15, 2013 . In general, citizens enjoy 25 legal and 22 supporting services from nine government agencies represented in the service ASAN.
The purpose of ASAN is to provide convenience and transparency in government agencies providing services, the introduction of modern technologies in this field and the principle of "common space", a new approach "duty of civil servants is ensuring the rights of the citizen," etc. - 17D-
