On July 30, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan has approved new regulations enabling taxpayers to access specific information about other taxpayers held by the tax authority, according to a decision guided by the eighth paragraph of Article 119 of the Constitution. This move is intended to implement subparagraph 2023 of the presidential decree dated December 5, 1033-VIQD, which introduced amendments to the tax code.
