The insurance company Gala Hayat Sigorta made ??its first payment this year.
The insured event occurred in one of the medical institutions of the capital. Upon the death of the insured employee they paid cashless payment of 20 748 manats.
The law on insurance against accidents and diseases has been in force since mid-December 2010. According to the classification, 14 levels are marked with the corresponding risk coefficient for payments at an insured event. Medical professionals are ranked as the 2nd category.
The insurance company Gala Hayat Sigorta has operated in the insurance market since the end of July 2008 on the basis of a license for a period of 5 years. At the end of July last year, the company , until 2011 called Gala Sigorta, received a perpetual license.
Holders of its shares are the reinsurance company AzRe ( 60%) and the individual Nizami Mahmudov (40%).
Last year the company collected 10.07 million manats and paid for all cases 324.05 thousand manats. - 17D-
