VTB Bank Offers Ruble Cards
VTB Bank (Azerbaijan) offers to customers denominated debit cards for use in Russia, without additional fees, the bank's press service reported.
The cards are designed to meet the needs of people who often make business or leisure trips to Russia, as well as students studying in this country.
The maximum term of the cards is 36 months, and the minimum is 12 months. All these cards can serve in operations through ATMs and to make any payment through POS terminals and the Internet.
"The launch of a series of products for customers, whose life and work is actively connected with Russia, is part of the plans for the strategic development of our bank," said the Chairman of the Board of VTB Bank (Azerbaijan) Yuri Yakovlev

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
