In May Azerbaijan’s Revenues from ACG Project Fell 5.5 Times Compared to March

Within the framework of the signed agreement between Baku and Ankara in the field of natural gas, an agreement has been reached on the supply of Turkmen gas to Turkiye through Azerbaijan and Georgia, Turkish Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Alparslan Bayraktar  stated yesterday following the signing of an agreement with Azerbaijani Economy Minister Mikail Jabbarov, Anadolu agency reports.

The Igdir-Nakhchivan gas pipeline is to be launched as soon as possible, Turkish Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Alparslan Bayraktar  stated at the signing ceremony of the Agreement on Cooperation in the field of natural gas between Turkiye and Azerbaijan.

Azerbaijan exported 8.5 bcm of gas in January - April this year, almost half of them to Europe, the press service of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic.

Currently, the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) has accelerated the implementation of regular investments in its asset -  the Petkim petrochemical complex in Turkiye,  the Minister of Economy of Azerbaijan and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of SOCAR Mikail Jabbarov  stated during the signing of the agreement on cooperation in the field of natural gas between Turkiye and Azerbaijan.
