Azerbaijan tightens construction rules in airport safety zones

Azerbaijan’s Cabinet of Ministers on April 17 approved amendments to several key regulations, including the resolution “On approval of the rules for the preparation and execution of the state budget of the Republic of Azerbaijan” No. 75 dated May 24, 2004, “On approval of the rules for the use of budget funds for the maintenance, protection and repair of public roads of national and local importance, as well as for the payment of compensation related to the design, reconstruction and construction of roads” No. 13 dated January 25, 2007, and regulations governing the use of the vehicle utilization fund.

Although Azerbaijan has expanded access to hemophilia treatment in recent years, gaps in diagnostics, drug supply, and regional healthcare infrastructure continue to limit patient outcomes, healthcare experts said on Thursday.
