SOCAR Refinery May Reduce Production Capacity Due to COVID-19

Azerbaijan exported 2 billion 674.43 million cubic meters of gas to Türkiye in the first quarter of 2024, the report of the Turkish Energy Market Control and Regulation Authority (EPDC). This is 2.1% more than in the first three months of 2023.

Four bcm of  gas were supplied via the Trans-Adriatic pipeline  (TAP) in the first four months of 2024; 35 bcm of gas have been transported through the pipeline since the beginning of operation, the press service of the TAP AG pipeline consortium.

The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) and the AD Ports Group company from the UAE discussed cooperation in the field of logistics of crude oil and petroleum products, as well as joint participation in infrastructure projects.

Up to 300 companies from 37 countries have confirmed their participation in the Baku Energy Week, which will be held on June 4-6, Naila Aliyeva, Project Manager of Iteca Caspian,  stated at a press conference dedicated to this event. Last year, 326 companies from 37 countries participated in the Baku Energy Week.
