Azerbaijan and Armenia agree on border delimitation procedures

Azerbaijan will establish a regional acceleration center in partnership with the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), aiming to strengthen its startup ecosystem, attract investment and accelerate digital transformation, following the ratification of a bilateral agreement by President Ilham Aliyev.

Ilham Aliyev signed a law on March 29 introducing amendments to the Labour Code and the Law on Education, aimed at unifying the legal status of teaching staff across different segments of the education system, official sources said.
