"Kapitalbank" discloses all parameters of issue of bonds in manats

"Kapitalbank" has placed a prospectus for the issue of its new bonds worth 100 million manats in the electronic information disclosure system of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan. According to the document, it is planned to issue 1 million pieces of interest-bearing, unsecured, undocumented, nominal bonds with a nominal value of 100 manats. The securities will be in circulation for 1 year. They are promised a yield of 10% per annum....
