"Kapitalbank" places bonds for another $30 million
The Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) has completed the auction on placement of new interest-bearing, unsecured, paperless registered bonds of "Kapitalbank" with the code AZ2010005158 ISIN in the amount of $30 million and maturity of 7 years. This is reported by the BSE.
The message says that 32 investors placed orders worth $30 million for 300,000 bonds with face value from $100 to $300,000. Thus, all bonds are placed.
Securities are promised a yield of 7% per annum. Interest will be paid every 3 months. The underwriter of the placement is investment company "Pasha Kapital".
