The motive for the murder of the main thief in law of Azerbaijan Nadir Salifov, known in the criminal world as Lotu Guli, was revenge for the murder of Guli's main rival, thief in law Rovshan Janiev (Lenkoransky) four years ago, "Prime Crime" reported on  August 20.

According to the agency, at the time of the murder, Guli was playimg cards in his room sitting  with his back to the door. In addition to the authority, there were two other people in the room, including his guard. Nobody paid attention to the killer who entered, Khagan Zeynalov (Khan Bakinsky), since he had long infiltrated Guli's entourage and won the trust of authority. The thief in law was shot in the back of the head.

Guard  of Guli fired back, but Zeynalov fled the scene. He was later detained by police officers.

Guli became a thief in law in 2000. Recently, he had  more and more conflicts with competitors. The main reason for the confrontation between Guli and Janiev is considered to be the carve-up of Russian markets for the sale of vegetables and herbs. When Lenkoransky was shot in Istanbul in 2016, Guli became one of the first people around the deceased suspected of involvement in the murder. After Janiev's death, a lucrative vegetable warehouse in Yekaterinburg, which he " controlled", fell under the rule of Guli.

Chief Criminal Authority of Azerbaijan Shot Dead in Turkey

In Turkish Antalya, the criminal boss Nadir Salifov, known in the criminal world as Lotu Guli, was killed. This was announced on Thursday, August 20, according to RIA Novosti.

According to the agency, the main criminal authority of Azerbaijan was shot dead during a dinner in a restaurant. According to preliminary data, the shooter was the criminal authority Khan Ahmedlinsky, who was a member of Guli's inner circle. With a severe head wound, Guli was taken to the hospital, where he died without regaining consciousness, while his killer managed to escape. But after some time he was detained on the highway leading to the city of Denizli.

The deceased was one of the most famous representatives of the modern thieves' world. Born in 1972, he spent many years in the prisons of Azerbaijan. Guli became a criminal authority in 2000. Moreover, it happened in absentia: at that time he was behind bars, and his coronation was organized at large by two godfathers, Raul Kiriya (Raul Rustavsky) and Ceyran Aslanov (Ceyran Rustavsky). In 2017, he was released after another 12-year term from an Azerbaijani prison and moved to Turkey, from where he led his criminal empire.

On November 1, 2019, it was reported that Russian investigators opened a criminal case for occupying a high position in the criminal hierarchy against the Azerbaijani crime boss Nadir Salifov, known as Lotu Guli, hiding abroad.  –0----
