Were executed in Iran opposition journalist
Baku/12.12.20/Turan: Ruhulla Zemin, editor of the opposition publication Amednews, was executed in Iran.
According to the IRNA news Agency, Zem was executed on Saturday morning.
The Amednovs news website, whose name translates as "enlightenment, struggle, democracy", started its activity in 2016, including through the social network Telegram.
In a short time, the Amedneys channel, located in Telegram, published news critical of the Iranian regime, and more than a million subscribers subscribed to it. The canal was closed two years later.
Later, the news website Sedaimardom (voice of the people) appeared, edited by Ruhullah Zem.
In October 2019, Zem was arrested on charges of "distributing goats in the world", and in June was sentenced to capital punishment by the revolutionary court of Iran, Anadolu reports. -0--
