A meeting of the foreign ministers of Turkey, Azerbaijan and Iran
On March 14 in the Turkish city of Van a trilateral meeting of foreign ministers of Azerbaijan, Turkey and Iran will be held. On Thursday, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov said this at a meeting with Iran's Deputy Foreign Minister Ibrahim Rahmanpour .
According to the website of Foreign Ministry, the meeting in this format will contribute to the development of cooperation between the three countries.
The upcoming meeting will be the third one in a similar format: the first two were held in the Iranian city of Urmia and Nakhichevan, Azerbaijan.
At the meeting with the Iranian diplomat they discussed the expansion of the bilateral Azerbaijani-Iranian trade and economic relations, the status of the Caspian Sea, the implementation of projects in the transport sector , the implementation of humanitarian and cultural relations and development of the legal framework for cooperation, the Foreign Ministry said. -02D-
