Arayik introduces a state of emergency in Karabakh
Baku/26.05.23/Turan: The leader of the Karabakh separatists, Arayik Harutyunyan, issued a decree on Friday, according to which all types of street rallies are prohibited. Any mass events can be held with the permission of the "government".
Another decree restricts freedom of expression, prohibits the search, receipt and dissemination in any media of information against the defense capability, security, territorial integrity, sovereignty, constitutional or public order of Karabakh.
Recall that in recent days in Karabakh, the struggle between various groups has sharply escalated. Different political groups demanded the resignation of Arayik Harutyunyan and called for mass actions. -0-

Shamshad Aga, editor of the "Argument.az" website, has been found guilty in the Meydan TV case of smuggling (Article 206.3.2 of the Criminal Code) and sentenced to two months and one day in detention. The decision was made on February 6 by the Khatai District Court of Baku, as reported by Turan, citing his lawyer, Shahla Humbatova.
