Yerevan denies reports of signing a peace agreement in Chisinau
Baku/26.05.23/Turan: The discussion around the peace agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan will continue on June 1 at a meeting in Chisinau on the sidelines of the European Political Community. The signing of such a document is not included in the agenda of the meeting.
This was reported by the press service of the Armenian Foreign Ministry in response to the statement of the Azerbaijani Ambassador to France Leyla Abdullayeva. According to her, Ilham Aliyev and Nikol Pashinyan can sign a peace agreement on June 1 in Chisinau.
“Discussions on the settlement of relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan and, in particular, on the agreement “On the establishment of peace and interstate relations” continue. The Armenian side will be ready to sign the agreement when the key issues are resolved,” it was reported. -0-
