Are separatist leaders negotiating in Moscow?
Baku/07.02.23/Turan: 10 days ago, the "president" of Karabakh Arayik Harutyunyan went to Russia, where he held meetings at various official levels, discussing Russia's position on Karabakh. He came back 4 days ago. After that, “Minister of State” Ruben Vardanyan flew to Moscow, who is currently still in Moscow, where he is discussing the same issues, reported on Wednesday the Armenian edition of "Hraparak".
It is not yet clear how Harutyunyan and Vardanyan could leave Karabakh without the knowledge of Baku.
The Lachin road is controlled by Azerbaijanis and no one has seen the passage of separatist leaders along it. If they flew by helicopter from Khojaly with Russian peacekeepers, then Baku agreed to this. ---02B---
