Baku / 15.07.20 / Turan: The National Security Service (NSS) of Armenia finds out how a resident of Nerkin Khndzoresk village Narek Sardaryan ended up in Azerbaijan. This was stated in an interview with ArmInfo correspondent by the head of the NSS press center Arthur Gevorgyan. “We are now studying this issue, so for now we will refrain from making an official statement on this subject,” Gevorgyan emphasized.
In turn, the Armenian Ombudsman Arman Tatoyan said that he is in constant contact with the Sardaryan family. Members of his family suspect that Narek got lost and accidentally crossed the border.
It should be noted that Narek Sardaryan grazed cattle in the border territory. His relatives do not believe that he himself voluntarily switched to the Azerbaijani side.
