Armenians, leaving Khankendi, mined administrative buildings
Baku/01.10.23/Turan: A large number of explosive devices installed by Armenian military forces were found in some administrative buildings in Khankendi. This is stated in a joint statement between Azerbaijan and the Agency for Mine Action (ANAMA).
In particular, hand grenades and trap devices containing grenades and high-explosive fragmentation ammunition were found at the entrances to the buildings. In addition, improvised explosive devices consisting of mortar shells, fragmentation bombs and grenades were found. The discovered explosive devices were neutralized by ANAMA employees, the press release further states.—06B-

According to a report by Turan correspondent, the discussions took place behind closed doors and lasted for over an hour. No statements were made to the press following the meeting. Furthermore, conference security prevented journalists from asking questions to the meeting participants.
