Arrested Ex-employees of Ministry of Foreign Affairs Placed under House Arrest
Baku / 26.09.20 / Turan: Arrested in the summer on charges of taking bribes and abuse of authority, two former employees of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry were transferred today by the decision of the Sabail District Court.
The court privately granted the defense's petition to transfer to house arrest the former head of the Consular and Legal Section of the Consular Department, Nurupasha Abdullayev, and an employee of this department, Ilgar Aliyev, a source in the court said.
Earlier, the ex-head of the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Faig Bagirov was also transferred under house arrest. --0-----
