Baku/20.09.21/Turan: Official Baku handed over to the leaders of Karabakh a list of persons who should be extradited to Azerbaijan. Otherwise, the humanitarian corridor to Armenia will not be opened, the Armenian edition of "Hraparak" reported.
This list includes former separatist leaders, and the military.

On Monday, the Baku Appeals Court considered the appeal of Talysh researcher Iqbal Abilov against the extension of his detention for another four months. The defense argued that the decision to extend Abilov's detention was unjustified, lawyer Fariz Namazly told reporters.
