The Azerbaijani Embassy in Cairo will soon regain its full operations, Foreign Ministry spokesman Elman Abdullayev said at today's press briefing.
Currently working in the embassy is truncated staff – the Ambassador and a diplomat.
The remaining diplomats and their families were evacuated from Egypt at the end of August due to the deteriorating situation in the country.
Abdullayev noted that the Azerbaijani Embassy in Syria since the outbreak of hostilities in the country moved to Lebanon and continues to work in Beirut. -16D06-
