Baku/11.12.23/Turan: The exchange of prisoners of war announced on December 7 between Baku and Yerevan has not yet taken place. After the announcement, the parties stated that the exchange would take place in the coming hours. However, after 4 days, no exchange took place. It was not possible to get comments from the administration of the President of Azerbaijan, the Ministry of Defense and other law enforcement agencies of the country.
The Armenian side also does not report anything about the exchange process. Baku announced the release of 32 Armenian soldiers, while Yerevan announced the release of two Azerbaijani soldiers. -02B-

"We are strengthening efforts to open direct air routes, as well as economic development and energy," said Djuric. The minister expressed confidence that cooperation between Serbia and Azerbaijan would become even closer and more intensive in the near future.
