Chief of General Staff of the RF to visit Baku
The Chief of Staff of the Russian Federation, Army General Valery Gerasimov will pay an official visit to Baku on April 7. As the press service of the Defense Ministry reports, during the visit meetings and talks will be held with the leadership of the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan.
On April 8 the meeting of Chiefs of Staff of the Armed Forces of the Commonwealth will be held in Baku. It will be also attended by Valery Gerasimov. -02D

Tofig Yagublu, member of the National Council of Democratic Forces and Musavat Party Tofig Yagublu, detained in Baku pre-trial detention center-1, has deteriorated. However, he is not undergoing a medical examination. This was reported to Turan by the politician's daughter Nigar Hazi after a telephone conversation with her father.

"Platform III of the Republic" issued a statement in which it expressed its attitude to the extraordinary elections to Milli Majlis scheduled for 1 September.
