Fire in the timber market in Darnagul
Baku/06.04.14/Turan : On Sunday there was a fire in the timber market in the village Darnagul Baku. The fire started around 8:30 a.m. and was extinguished only at 14.20.
The fire burned about 1,000 square meters of the market, according to the ministry.
Five people , including two traders and three rescue officers, were hospitalized in the toxicological department of the City Clinical Center Room 1. They were poisoned by the smoke .
The rescuers were released after receiving medical care , the other two victims remain in hospital.
This is the third fire in the large shopping centers of Baku last month.
On March 14 there was a fire in a department store Moscow, and on 12 March - in the shopping center Sahil. -06D -

President of the European Parliament Roberta Metsola has invited Azerbaijani economist and political prisoner Professor Gubad Ibadoglu to Strasbourg to attend the 2024 Sakharov Prize award ceremony.
