CIS discussed line of behavior with OSCE, EU and NATO
Baku/17.11.21/Turan: Inter-Ministerial consultations on the cooperation of the CIS member states in multilateral international organizations were held at the CIS headquarters in Minsk.
Representatives of Azerbaijan (as observer), Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and the CIS Executive Committee attended consultations, the CIS Eexecutive Committee reported.
During the meeting, representatives of the Foreign Ministries of the Commonwealth discussed issues of cooperation in the OSCE. Particularly, an emphasis was laid on general priorities and coordination of positions for the OSCE Ministerial Council meeting in Stockholm on December 2-3, 2021, and the effectiveness of the OSCE project and field activities in the CIS member states.
The participants also discussed topics of interaction with the EU and NATO, including the progress in the implementation of the Eastern Partnership program, relations of Central Asian states and Russia with the European Union.
