Civil Society Platform will hold a hearing on constitutional changes
On 8 August "Civil Society Platform" (CSP) held a regular meeting to discuss the draft amendments to the Constitution, a referendum which is scheduled for September 26. Participants of the meeting expressed serious concern about the upcoming referendum, and decided to prepare a special document on the subject of the Platform. It was also decided to hold a hearing in the near future to discuss the proposed amendments and changes to the Constitution. The meeting also expressed concern the health of his colleague, a member of the Platform Fuad Hasanov. It was an appeal on behalf of the Platform to support the treatment of Hasanov.
* CSP was established at the end of December 2015 by a group of public and political figures to support the reform process, strengthening democratic principles. -05D04-
