The agenda also includes comprehensive deliberations on prevailing regional and international matters, with a particular focus on recent developments in the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan.

In a noteworthy observation, Thomas de Waal, an expert at the Carnegie European Center, took to his microblog X to suggest that Turkey and Azerbaijan might issue an ultimatum to Armenia concerning the opening of the "Zangezur Corridor." He stated, "A few days after the military liberation of Karabakh by Azerbaijan, Presidents Aliyev and Erdogan are meeting today in Nakhchivan and, very likely, will present ultimatums to the Armenian government 'to open the Zangezur corridor, otherwise...' with the consent of Russia, troops will be deployed there."
Simultaneously, hearings are reportedly taking place in the Azerbaijani parliament on the topic of "Return to West Azerbaijan: Legal Aspects" as of noon. These discussions pertain to the region encompassing the Zangezur corridor of Armenia.--0--
