"The first meeting of the regional cooperation platform in the "3+3" format suggested by the Presidents of Turkey and Azerbaijan to ensure lasting peace and stability in the South Caucasus will be held in Moscow on December 10.
Note that the meeting will be held at the level of the Deputy Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan, Armenia, the Russian Federation, Iran and Turkey.
The day before Armenia confirmed its participation in the meeting even despite the fact that it had not done so before. In particular, this was announced by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan. At the same time, official Yerevan stipulated that the issue of Armenian-Azerbaijani settlement, delimitation of borders and opening of communications should not be discussed in this format.
It should be recalled that the 3+3 formula aims to discuss and resolve regional issues with the participation of the three Caucasus countries and their neighbours - Russia, Turkey and Iran.
Note that Georgia voiced its negative attitude towards this idea explaining it by Russia's aggression against Georgia. -02D-
