Former First Deputy Commander of Karabakh forces arrested
Baku/29.09.23/Turan: On September 28, at the Lachin border checkpoint, Azerbaijani law enforcement agencies detained and brought to Baku the first deputy commander of the Karabakh Armed Forces, Colonel David Manukyan, the State Security Service of Azerbaijan reported on Friday.
Today, the Sabail court of Baku arrested him for the period of investigation, 4 months.
Manukyan is charged with several Articles of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan:
214.2.1, 214.2.2, 214.2.3 (repeated terrorist act committed by an organized group), 228.3 (illegal acquisition, storage and transportation of firearms, ammunition and explosives), 279.3 (creation of illegal armed formations), 318.1 (illegal crossing of the State Border of Azerbaijan). --0--
