Baku/30.11.23/Turan: Nargiz Absalamova, who collaborated with the online edition of “Abzas Media”, was summoned to the main police department of Baku at 15.00 today.
Some time after the girl entered the building, colleagues saw her being taken out of the department.
They believe that Absalamova was detained and taken to the Khatai district police department for placement in a temporary detention facility.
Absalamova did not have a lawyer.
The press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs could not receive comments on information about Absalamova's detention.
Earlier, on November 20-21, the director, deputy director and editor-in-chief of” Abzas Media” - Ulvi Hasanli, Mohammad Kekalov, and Sevinj Vagifgizy were detained. They are charged with smuggling foreign currency. All of them were arrested for a period of 4 months during the investigation. –06B-
