Baku / 21.05.20 / Turan: President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, by his order of May 21, appointed Seymour Orujov as the head of the Executive Power of the Agstafa region.
Prior to this appointment, Orujov led the youth organization of the ruling New Azerbaijan Party.
By another decree of the head of state, Elchin Rzayev was appointed head of the Imishli district.
Previously, Rzayev worked as deputy head of the Yasamal district.
Recall that the former heads of the Agstafa and Imishli districts were arrested as a result of special operations of the State Security Service. — 06D-
