Ilham Aliyev inspects construction sites in Shusha and attends football match in Khankendi
Baku/21.12.23/Turan: The head of state continues to visit the villages of Karabakh and gets acquainted with the construction of a number of facilities in Shusha.
In particular, he visited the villages of Dagdagan in the Khojaly region and Dashalty in the Shusha region. In Dashalty, according to a message posted on the President's website, he inspected the construction of the local mosque.
While at Shusha, Aliyev inspected the construction of the first residential complex of 23 buildings, which will begin in early 2024. The total area of the complex is 8 hectares, the construction of eight buildings began on 1 July last year, another 15 buildings - on 1 September, the complex is scheduled to be commissioned in the near future. The complex will have a total of 450 apartments, buildings of 3 and 5 storeys. Most of the apartments will be given to former IDPs, according to the information.
Next, Aliyev inspected the restoration of the Ashagy Govhar Agha mosque, which is being carried out with the participation of foreign specialists.
A football match for the Azerbaijan Cup between the Karabakh and Central Army Club teams will be held today in Khankendi.
