On March 9 President Ilham Aliyev received the Assistant to the President of the Russian Federation, Vice-President of the National Olympic Committee of Russia Igor Levitin.
According to the website of the President of Azerbaijan, Levitin said that the Russian delegation will be presented by 300 athletes at the European Games.
In turn, Aliyev said that all efforts are made to ensure that the first European Games are held at a high level.
During the meeting it was noted that the bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Russia are developing at a high level in all spheres. -03D-
