Baku/16.11.22/Turan: The Turkish police released footage of the movement of the perpetrator of the terrorist attack on Istiklal Street in the Beyoglu district of Istanbul. The data from the surveillance cameras shows how a native of Syria, Alham Albashyr, on November 13, at 15:17 local time, enters Istiklal Street from Taksim Square.
For some time, the terrorist walked around the square with a backpack and a bag in her hands, covering her face with a scarf. At 3:30 p.m., she sat down on a bench in front of the store, not far from where the explosion took place. Albashyr spends 41 minutes on the bench.
