Baku / 09.02.20 / Turan: At the 6th precinct of the 13th Khazar-Pirallahi constituency, the removal of ballots from this precinct was recorded.
According to observers, the ballots were taken out by Alovsat Rzayev, the head of the Housing Administration of the village of Mardakan.
According to the same source, after the ballots were exported, outsiders voted on them (employees of the Housing Administration).
