Violations of the electoral process in the Gakh region
In the second section of the 112th Gakh election district, observers record violations of the electoral law. Faig Omar Sofuoglu, secretary of the polling station, stood next to the ballot box since the beginning of the election, closed the video camera overview. After the observers addressed him, the secretary's table was moved to another place.
In the village of Goragan, the 37th precinct, observers recorded a gross violation - blank ballots were not laid out on the table, but were stored in the office of the chair of the precinct. A protocol has been drawn up on this subject, reports qax.org.az.
On the eve of the elections, there were cases of instruction of parents of school students prepared for the "roundabouts" - electoral fraud. Carousels are expected at the premises of the vocational-technical lyceum and the second city school.
The site reports that the election process in Gakh is controlled by the district’s executive branch, which issues instructions to the chair of the 112th OIC, Abdukarim Aliyev.
