Joint exercises of special-pupose forces of the Turkish and Azerbaijani navies
Baku/17.10.22/Turan: Joint exercises of the naval special forces of the Azerbaijani and Turkish navies have ended in Turkey. The exercises were held at the Aksaz naval base near Marmaris.
The Ministry of Azerbaijan informs that during the exercises the special forces units of the two countries fulfilled the tasks of working out ground and sea tactics, searching for and destroying unexploded ordnance and sea mines. All the tasks set during the joint exercises were successfully completed. -02D-

On the evening of February 5, it was reported that journalist Shahnaz Beylargizi had been arrested. She had been a presenter on the Toplum TV channel for several years. After a criminal case was initiated against the channel in March 2024 and nearly all of its staff were arrested, Beylargizi was questioned multiple times. According to relatives, the police conducted a search of her apartment.
