Judge Dismissed for Violations of Law
Baku / 12.01.18 / Turan: By order of the head of state, the powers of a judge of the Sabirabad district court Tayyar Abbasly have been terminated prematurely for repeated gross violations of the law's requirements, the official statement says.
What exactly these violations were, or when they were made, is not reported.
It is known that in 2010-2013 Abbasli was a judge in Lankaran, and in 2013-2015 in the Lerik region. After that, he was transferred to Sabirabad.
Last year, the Judicial-Legal Council removed from positions or moved to a lower position about 20 judges. But the specific causes of their punishment were not disclosed. -05D-
