London welcomes direct contacts between Baku and Yerevan - Ambassador
Baku/02.06.22/Turan: The UK highly appreciates all the positive steps that have been taken recently between Azerbaijan and Armenia. This was stated to journalists by British Ambassador to Azerbaijan James Sharp, commenting on the meetings and negotiations between the officials of the two countries.
“We especially appreciate the measures supported by the European Union, such as meetings in Brussels, steps towards signing a peace agreement, opening communications and delimiting borders,” the ambassador stressed. --16B--
