Meeting of Air Force Commanders of Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan
Baku/30.11.22/Turan: On Wednesdey, the Azerbaijani Air Force Commander Ramiz Tairov received Air Defense and Air Force Commander of Uzbekistan Ahmed Burhanov. Tairov stressed the importance of developing cooperation between Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan in the field of combat aviation and air defense, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry's press service reported.
Burhanov, for his part, noted that positive interstate relations would contribute to the development of the air forces of both countries.
At the meeting, a detailed exchange of views on the prospects for military cooperation between the two countries took place. ---06B---

The Baku Court of Appeal on Friday considered complaints against the arrest of Meydan TV journalists. Thus, Nazim Musayev, lawyer of journalist Khayala Agayeva, asked the court to cancel the arrest decision or change the measure of restraint to house arrest. There is no primary evidence of Agayeva's involvement in ‘smuggling’.
