Baku/14.11.22/ Turan: On November 14, Azerbaijani Defense Minister Zakir Hasanov was received in Tbilisi by Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili. According to the press service of the Ministry of Defense, during the meeting the parties noted the high level of bilateral relations, including personal ties between the leaders of the two countries.
“Referring to the military-political situation in the region, the parties noted the importance of mutual support for the territorial integrity of both countries, it was noted that the development of bilateral military cooperation will contribute to ensuring stability and security in the region,” it was reported. --0---

Journalist Nargiz Abaslamova, held in Baku's Detention Center No. 1, was subjected to violence by a guard. While passing by the cell of her colleague Sevinj Vagifgizi, Abaslamova tried to greet her, reported on Abzas Media's Facebook page. However, guard Aygul Babaeva forcibly dragged Abaslamova away and deeply scratched the journalist's arm. Abaslamova stated that this is not the first time the mentioned guard has used force and been rude to journalists. A few days ago, Babaeva also used force against Sevinj Vagifgizi.
