Ministry of Internal Affairs Believes Ogtay Gyulaliyev Did Not Suffer Much
Baku /30.10.19 / Turan: A criminal case has been launched on the fact that the human rights activist Ogtay Gyulaliyev was hit by a car, the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs said.
The collision took place on October 29 at 17:20 at the intersection of May 28 and Pushkin Streets with a Hyundai Accent car. A taxi driver Abdullayev was at the wheel. The driver delivered the victim to the Clinical Medical Center in his car. After providing primary care, Gyulaliyev was transferred to the City Hospital.
The health of the patient under medical supervision is assessed as moderate, the Interior Ministry said.
Nasimi district police officers inspected the scene of the incident and the vehicle. The driver Abdullayev was taken testimony and surveyed to identify the use of alcohol or drugs. A criminal case was file under Article 263.1 (violation of the rules of vehicle operation, which, through negligence, caused less serious damage to the health of the victim) of the Criminal Code. An investigation is underway.
It should be noted that the reports of the Ministry of Internal Affairs have bewildered the society, since Gyulaliyev received a serious cranial and cerebral injury. –06D-

Armenia is not against the dissolution of the OSCE Minsk Group, but does not consider it appropriate to discuss this issue now. "In the context of peace, we consider it possible to make a decision on the dissolution of the OSCE Minsk Group. On August 30, at approximately 22:55, the Armenian Nuclear Power Plant in Metsamor was disconnected from the country's power grid, as reported by the Armenian Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure. The shutdown was caused by a lightning strike, which triggered the plant's safety systems to switch the station to a safe shutdown mode. Currently, the plant's staff is working on restarting the facility.
