New media law in Azerbaijan will restrict freedom of expression - Richard Kozlarich
Baku/10.02.22/Turan: The new media law signed by Ilham Aliyev the day before is designed to further restrict freedom of expression. Former US Ambassador to Azerbaijan Richard Kozlarich wrote about this on his Twitter account.
“Fear is real. This law aims to further restrict freedom of expression. This government believes that no one outside Azerbaijan will impose sanctions on this kleptocratic-authoritarian regime,” Kozlarich wrote.-16D-
