New PACE rapporteur on Azerbaijan appointed
Baku / 28.06.18 / Turan: On June 28, the PACE Monitoring Committee appointed a new rapporteur on Azerbaijan instead of the Romanian deputy Florin Preda. The new speaker is the British Roger Gale, the representative of the Secretariat of the Monitoring Committee informed Turan agency about this. It is noteworthy that Roger Gale is the head of the Monitoring Committee. The name of Florin Preda figured in the report on corruption and lobbyism of PACE members, adopted at the spring session of the PACE. Another speaker of the Monitoring Committee for Azerbaijan is the Austrian Stefan Shennak. -05D-
