Baku / 05.06.20 / Turan: The Ministry of Ecology of Azerbaijan, the EU mission and the UN Development Program presented on Friday a new platform to promote the processing of waste. The action is timed to the World Environmental Day.
The EU mission in Azerbaijan said a platform called “Build It Yourself” would be designed to inspire citizens to recycle and create new things from what was considered waste.
The best initiatives will be rewarded with prizes of 3,000, 2,000, 1,000 manat.
The platform is presented as part of the EUforClimate regional initiative in the Eastern Partnership countries.
The platform will operate under the motto “Change starts at home.” –71D-
