No explosives found in the Ural Airlines aircraft � State Security Service GB
Baku / 12.03.19 / Turan: Not any explosives were found on the Ural Airlines, which made an emergency landing in Baku on Monday, the message of the public relations department of the State Security Service of Azerbaijan (SSS) of Azerbaijan, distributed late on March 11.
The plane of the Ural Airlines, flying from Bahrain to Moscow, on Monday at 14:56 Baku time made an emergency landing at the Heydar Aliyev International Airport in connection with the information received about the possible presence on board the bomb. There were 225 people aboard the ship, including the crew members, who were evacuated.
According to the State Security Service, in accordance with existing international and national legislation, complex urgent procedural measures were initiated in connection with the incident.
By the instructions of President Ilham Aliyev, headquarters was established under the leadership of the head of the SGB, Madat Guliyev.
He, and the head of the State Border Service Elchin Guliyev, the chairman of the State Customs Committee Safar Mehdiyev, the president of Azerbaijan Airlines CJSC Jahangir Askerov and other responsible persons of the relevant state bodies arrived at the airport.
Within the framework of urgent measures, passengers and aircraft crew members were evacuated.
The operational-investigative group, consisting of law enforcement officers, as well as special-purpose personnel, using technical, canine and other means, conducted a comprehensive anti-terrorism test on the plane, conducted an inspection of the aircraft. As a result, it was found that there were no explosives and devices in the aircraft.
Currently, passengers and crew members of the aircraft are accommodated in the appropriate order. "The plane will fly to its destination in the near future. The international airport continues to operate normally," the report says. -06D-
