Observers Not Allowed into Polling Stations in Fizuli Constituency N84
Baku / 09.02.20 / Turan: From the 84th Fizuli constituency there are reports of gross violation of the election procedure by election commissions and local authorities.
Here, the voting process is organized in favor of candidate Vugar Bayramov, who is the head of the NGO Center for Economic and Social Development. Observers of other candidates are not allowed to the polling stations, and even shooting with mobile phones is prohibited.
